As you can imagine, I know how to do hard things.

So, whenever I decided to build a morning routine in the past, I would always build it like a spec ops kind of program. Ninety minutes with a stack of books, reading scripture, journaling, prayer, mobility, lift weights, gratitude list, goals review, the works.

The kind of thing that looks incredible written down on paper.

And...

Every single one collapsed under the reality of life.

For years I thought the problem was me. Maybe I wasn’t disciplined enough?

Then it hit me:

Most men don’t have a discipline problem. They have a sizing problem.

Your routine is built for the man you want to be at 6 a.m. on your best day — rested, motivated, hungry for God.

That guy shows up about twenty percent of the time. Maybe.

The rest of the time, a tired, behind, worried man walks out of your bedroom. Your routine has to work for him not the illusion you created in your mind of who you wish you were showing up as every day.

That’s what this week’s episode is about.

Just 15 minutes. Five moves. I walk through the morning routine I run with the men I coach — the Daily 15. It’s a process that is small enough to survive your worst day, but designed to help you be consistent enough to compound results over 6 months, a year, or better yet, a decade or two.

Enjoy!

5 Simple Habits to Maximize Your Life in 2026

Chris Cirullo

2 Biblical Principles For Health Most People Ignore (But They Work)

Listen now (21 mins) |

Chris Cirullo

►► Learn more Biblical principles for health: https://reformingfatherhood.com

What if I told you the Bible holds the key to building and sustaining a healthy and fit body—but it’s not what you think?

In fact, these principles are so countercultural that most people won’t even consider them.
